Pneumatic Fence Post Driver by Rhino
Ductile iron casting, high in strength and ductility has a 1" (25.4 mm) diameter handle designed into the cover for easy handling and carrying. O-Ring sealed.
Body:
Ductile iron casting, with excellent wear resistant characteristics. The air inlet is cast into the body and tapped with 3⁄4" NPT female threaded ports, along with 1" (25.4 mm) diameter ergonomically designed side handles for easy handling and carrying. Chuck bolts pass thru the lower body flange into tapped holes in the chuck mounting plate allowing special chucks to be made in a wide variety of shapes and sizes.
Piston:
3-1⁄2" - Alloy steel heat treated with a ground surface with hard chrome plate. Designed with 2 round valve ports to give better lubrication and load distribution to the valve ring while running.
Master Chuck:
The 3 7⁄8" (98.4 mm) I.D. master chuck is of an all welded, reinforced steel and tubing construction.
Throttle Valve:
Each unit includes a Rhino Stainless Steel Throttle Valve. The valve is equipped with a lever lock for safety. 5 Foot whip hose 3/4".
Chuck Adapters: Standard chuck adapters are available in the following sizes: 2" (50.8 mm) I.D., 2 1⁄2" ( 63.5 mm) I.D., 3" (76.2 mm) I.D. and a channel post chuck adapter for 3" channel posts.
Also included: 1 Qt. Marvel Mystery Oil

Warranty Information
All tools (NEW and REBUILT) have a 30 day warranty through us from the day you receive your tool so please use your tool at least once within 30 days of receiving it. The only tools that do not come with a 30 day warranty are tools that are stated as (USED). Used tools are only guaranteed to be in working condition when you receive them! In the event your tool has a warranty issue your tool will be repaired free of charge. If your tool cannot be repaired your tool will be replaced with one of the same make and model or you will be refunded completely. There is a 20% restocking fee on tools that are decided not correct for the job unless a larger or more expensive tool is purchased so please contact us if you are unsure what you need and we can help you determine what you need for the job.
