Completely Rebuilt Railroad Car Door Opener. Unlike the former ways of opening hopper car doors, a railcar door opener allows you to quickly, easily, and safely open a railcar door. This tool is designed for opening the bottom chute doors underneath railcars so that they can be unloaded into subterranean storage containers underneath the rails. The 1 1/2" square drive impact comes with the special attachment that fits railcar door key holes making it convenient to open and close the chute and the wheels make it easy to move from one railcar to the next.
The Martin Impacting Railcar Opener offers up to 10,000 ft-lbs toque, adjustable height, ergonomic design, durable construction, and greasable parts for opening stubborn hopper gates efficiently and safely.
