If your tool cannot be repaired your tool will be replaced with one of the same make and model or you will be refunded completely. There is a 20% restocking fee on tools that are decided not correct for the job unless a larger or more expensive tool is purchased so please contact us if you are unsure what you need and we can help you determine what you need for the job.
